● We have formed two research groups, one for analyzing the emergence of solution-oriented scientists focusing on residential research institutions and the other for analyzing interactions between stakeholders and scientists in environmental efforts. Each group conducts participatory research in different fields in different localities in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

● We integrate the results of the two research groups, develop guidelines for collaboration, and an evaluation system of solution-oriented research, establish the Local Science Network for Environment and Sustainability in collaboration with stakeholders, and thus construct a pragmatic scientist community contributing to the stakeholder-driven management of the local environment.
